Times of India advertisements regarding Mobile Phones at half the price?

There have been daily advertisements in Times of India regarding selling of Mobile Phones, including the reputed brands, at almost half the price by the Seller. Being published and supported by ToI lends a degree of credibility to such Sellers but how is it possible for these Sellers to sell high end Mobile Phones at almost half the price? Could someone explain?
