B.E (EEE) Fresher ----->Computer course?

I am a b.e eee fresher...im willing to do computer course in reputed institutes like iiht or niit,but i dont have that much knowledge in programming...pls tell me about any computer courses that doesnt have programming...because im no good at it..does courses like ccna require good programming skills ?..im interested in hardware and networking..i kindly request the great minds to enlighten me...thx
