I'm disabled and wish to move to the UK.. Help?

I'm unable to work and my living conditions are pretty poor. I have a girl that I'm dating at this time, and wish to move to the UK to be with her. It's bad when either of us has to go through money and body scans just to see each other. The healthcare system in the UK is far more reasonable, and I'd definitely save up money, get help to go to college, and from there work hard as a computer technician. Can anyone provide me with tips on how to go through the process??
