Plz help me to chose the best institute to do jewellery designing?

now here is the confusion should i do my jewellery designing short term course in JD institute which has recently opened in chennai or should i do it in hyderabad institute of gem and jewellery who is in this field from past 15yrs..................JD is reputed for its fashion designing but dont know how well it does in jewellery and on top of that JD has opened only this yr in chennai................HIGJ on the other side only concentrates on jewellery.....................plz help me i am totally totally confused
