Overdue, 4 cm and painless contractions?

Nobody can really say. I hope so! I am in the same boat. I have never heard that you need to be unable to talk in order to know if you are in real labor. I am on my second child and was told with both that when your contractions are 5 min apart and last a minute for more than an hour, head in to the hospital. With my first, my water broke and I didn't feel the contractions until right before she was born.
