Is it worth doing MBA without work ex?

While it might be totally normal and acceptable to go straight from an undergrad program to an MBA in India, that's very much not the case in other parts of the world. Unless you're a truly exceptional student or have a lot of prior work experience from something like a family business or starting your own company, most US and European students spend an average of 5 years in the workforce before they go pursue an MBA. With good reason, too: you get more out of the classes when you can compare them to situations you've been in, and employers feel more comfortable letting you take on greater responsibility when they know you aren't just relying on theory.
