How about doing CSE in reputed college?? can some one give me d best branch i can choose?

i've got into MPC stream having little fear in mathematics... i thought to choose bio-technology in engineering.. but as it is not having good job career.. i've dropped!! i cud'nt get a ECE branch in reputed colleges.. but i get CSE, civil, mech, IT, EEE..etc.. what should i choose?? CSE in a reputed college.. or ECE in a normal college?? if i do CSE plzz do tell me d other jobs available other than software.. is software d only exit off a student who opts CSE branch...?? also suggest me better branches..plzz do clarifyy....
